These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of scottmax.com and its subdomains (the "Site") and your enrollment in courses from Maximal Media FZE LLC ("Max Business School", "we", "us"), a company registered in Ajman Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

Max Business School is a free online education platform. We provide courses, lessons, templates, and learning materials that teach digital marketing skills. Enrollment is free. There are no tuition fees and no payment is required to complete our courses.

2. Educational Purpose. No Guarantees

Our courses are for educational purposes only. We make no representations or guarantees regarding income, employment, business results, or career outcomes. Any references to jobs, businesses, or opportunities describe what students learn, not what they will earn. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, experience, and circumstances. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. Certificates

When you complete a course we issue a certificate of completion. To receive your certificate you must complete all assignments in the course. Watching the lessons alone is not enough. Our certificates confirm that you finished the course and did the work. They are not accredited academic degrees, they carry no academic credit, and Max Business School is not a licensed or accredited academic institution. Course names such as "Master" or "Masters" describe the depth of the material, not an academic qualification.

4. Third-Party Tools & Affiliate Links

Our courses reference and teach third-party software and platforms. Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you sign up for a tool through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we use and teach. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their pricing, or their availability. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Accounts & Access

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
• Course access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, text, templates, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning.
